"How To" | Rigging spoons with the correct hardware.

Spoon fishing is one of the many techniques we use to target and catch winter and summer steelhead. A lot of spoons come unrigged or rigged differently then we like.

In this video we demonstrate exactly how to set up a spoon from start to finish starting with nothing but the bare spoon. We add the 2 split rings, barrel swivel, and the siwash hook.
